Shipping & Delivery

Despatch times

Expected despatch times can be found on the individual product pages. Please note that the 'normally ships in' period refers to the number of days until we expect your order to leave our UK warehouse. Deliveries to UK mainland addresses should arrive one to three working days after this. We also have an Express Service for unframed print orders, where for a supplement we can ship your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive the next working day (see details below).

The expected despatch date for your order will be shown during the checkout process and is determined by the item with the longest lead-time.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping and handling charges are:

  • £7.95 for orders containing framed items and stretched canvases.
  • £3.95 for unframed prints.

All charges are per order, regardless of how many items have been ordered. Please note that we are not able to ship to locations outside of the UK Mainland.

Express Shipping Option

We normally ship orders containing only unframed prints by Royal Mail 1st Class Packetpost. For an extra £2.95 we can send your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a next working day service to most of the UK (exc. offshore). Please note that the selection of this service does not alter the estimated despatch date that we expect your order to leave our warehouse. Framed and canvas prints are sent by Express service as standard..

Damage/Non-delivery

If goods are received damaged, please notify our customer services within 3-days of receipt. Damaged product and packaging must be retained in case of inspection by our carriers. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 10-working days of despatch.

Item availability

In the event that an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible.

P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Taxes

All prices shown include VAT at the standard UK rate.

Returns & cancellations

Framed and canvas items are custom-made and may only be returned if faulty or not as described. Unframed items may be returned for refund up to 10-working days from receipt of goods.

If you wish to arrange for goods to be returned, please contact customer services quoting your order number and reason for return. Instructions on how to return your order to us will be provided. Once we receive the returned product, we will replace or refund as required.

Please note:

  1. Goods must be returned in good condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging.
  2. We strongly recommend that you request and retain proof of posting for any items returned. We cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one.
  3. No returns will be accepted at our warehouse, unless pre-authorised as stated above.

Cancelling an order

Framed and canvas items are custom-made to order and therefore cancellation is not possible after the order has been placed. Orders containing only unframed items may be cancelled up to 7-working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.

Refunds

Refunds are normally processed within 5-days of receipt of goods at our warehouse. Refund of 'returned Products' lost in transit will not be considered unless proof of posting is supplied. Shipping costs for 'unwanted' items is not refundable.
